This 3500 sq ft home has 6 bedrooms and 3.5 Bathrooms, formal dining room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Living room has grand fireplace (gas). Baby grand piano in living room. Home office and wifi for those who need to work. It's a great house for beach vacationing, family reunions, or work retreats. Enjoy sunrises and moonrises over the water. Great breezes and views from the enclosed wrap-around screened in porch, or from the many windows overlooking the beautiful water. Third floor has futon bed for extra sleeping space if needed and playroom ideal for kids. Cozy TV den next to kitchen, lovely backyard garden, outdoor shower for use after the beach. Summary: This beautiful home and its location on the water were perfect for our annual reunion of high school friends. Ample seating within the various rooms encouraged both large and small groupings. Our October stay was cozy; summer is surely delightful. Several of us have mentioned that we would love to return!
