There's plenty of room throughout the two living areas, four bedrooms,
outdoor space, and open kitchen to relax or plan your Breckenridge
adventure. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by natural beauty
and stunning views of the mountains, you're just a short drive away
from downtown Breck, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Summit County hiking
trails.
1st floor - ground level contains

Park in your private driveway, and to the left of the two-car garage,
you'll see the front door. Enter using the code emailed to you ahead of
your scheduled arrival, to the stunning foyer with stone inlay that
follows up the staircase. Immediately to your right, you'll step into
the cozy living room complete with a telescope, a fireplace and
comfortable couches, a bookcase with plenty of options for a weekend
read, and a flatscreen TV. Through the living room and to the left,
you'll find the dining table with room for six, followed by the kitchen
and breakfast bar, which seats an additional two. The kitchen is
already stocked for your arrival, with bakeware, pots and pans, serving
set-ups, silverware, and all the essential appliances, including a
crockpot, coffee maker, and blender. There are two ovens, plus a
convection mini-oven, microwave, and an outdoor gas grill on the
balcony. This level also has a full laundry room with washer and dryer,
an extra half bathroom, and interior access to the garage.
First bedroom / first bathroom
On the main level, to the left of the staircase, is the spacious first
bedroom, which features a queen bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom
with a shower-tub combo, and it's own balcony with a firepit and
amazing views.
2nd floor - main level contains
Once you go up the stairs to the second living area, you'll see a
landing with a table and chairs, rocking chair with ottoman, futon and
TV, as well as an antique Thomas collector's edition radio. The first
bedroom on the left is the master suite with a king-size bed. This
bedroom has a large window and high ceilings, a large walk-in closet,
en-suite bath with jetted tub, separate shower and water closet, and
double sinks.
Master suite + bathroom / second bedroom + bathroom / third bedroom
The bedroom next to the master has a full bed and closet, and shares a
jack-and-jill bathroom with double vanity and shower-tub combo, with
the fourth bedroom, which has two twin beds. This bedroom also has a
closet and dresser. This home has been decorated and kept by a family
that loves visiting Breck, especially in the summertime to enjoy the
