You’ll have the entire 2-story house to yourself. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutting knives, silverware, fridge, French press, coffee grounds, kettle, oven and more.
The main bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a sofa bed with a really comfortable memory foam mattress.
The couch in the living room can sleep 1 or even 2 people as well. There’s an outdoor patio area to sit and hang out in. There’s a washer and dryer if you need to do laundry.
There’s a full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs. You’ll feel so at home in this centrally located house.
**Early check in is available for an additional $50/hr (2pm earliest).
**Late check out at 12pm is also available for an additional $50.

Rosewood Neighborhood is a peaceful, walkable area with parks and trails nearby. It’s just an 8 minute drive to downtown Austin, a 5 minute drive to East 6th street, and a 15 minute drive to the Airport.
Guests can get around the neighborhood walking, biking, or scootering. The house has 1 private carport space and plenty of additional FREE street parking.

Please do be mindful of the following rules as you stay in our house:
-This is a non-smoking house and a fee of $500 will be charged should any room smell of smoke.
-Please let us know if you plan to host any kind of event at our house. Hosting an event without our approval is not permitted, and does result in an additional fee commensurate with the number of guests.
-Please do not have mail and / or packages mailed or delivered to the house before, during, or after your stay.
-Quiet Hours are from 10pm to 8am: please refrain from any outside noises and keep inside noises to a reasonable level.
-Please remove shoes upon entering the home to prevent stains.
As for pets, our fee is $80 / pet / stay, so if you have more than 1 pet, we will ask you to cover the difference.
