Ferguson Farmhouse originally had 282 acres with over 10,000ft of lake shore. Today the private property has approximately 3 acres and 176 feet of shoreline on Oak Lake. Its on a private dead end road. The best place to be in the morning is in the porch watching the sunrise. While drinking coffee with friends and family. The sunsets are amazing from the end of the driveway. it is approximately 35-40 minutes south of Duluth and 1&1/2 hours north of the Twin Cities. Summary: The cabin is clean , updated and stocked well. It has plenty of room to spread out. The lake is a great size and beautiful. We loved the sauna and outdoor shower
