Incredible location in one of the most desirable areas of Breckenridge! This recently updated classic Victorian duplex has 3 private levels in the downtown historic district. Just 2 blocks away from Main Street, you and your guests will love the convenience of being so close to Breck's dining, arts, and shopping scene without having to worry about parking. Enjoy the views from the living room, front deck and master deck. Plenty of room for the whole group to be at home in Breckenridge!
The Space:
The main level of this home has a living room equipped with a brand new 50 inch HDTV hung over a fireplace with an entertainment system equipped with smart features and high speed internet for your Netflix/Hulu accounts and a DVD player. The newly-renovated kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances (including gas range), granite counter tops and all the essentials.
The upper level has two master suites perfect for privacy from the family or group. The Ski Hill Suite has a private deck that has amazing views. It has a brand new queen bed set and mattress and a Smart flat screen HDTV with the full cable lineup. It has an ensuite 3/4 bath with brand new vessel sink and granite counters. The second suite is the Baldy Mountain Suite. This room has a picturesque view of Baldy Mountain over a classic church bell tower. It also has a brand new queen bed set and mattress as well as a flat screen HDTV with full cable lineup. It has an attached ¾ bath also with brand new vessel sink and granite counters.
The lower level can be a third master suite or great spill over room for the kids. It has a brand new queen bed set and mattress, as well as a brand new bunk set with a full size futon. This room also has a flat screen HDTV with full cable lineup and could function as a second living room for the kids. There is a full bath on this level with brand new granite counters.

The Neighborhood:
An incredibly short walk (two blocks!) to Main Street, where you'll find dining, shopping, grocery stores, and unique experiences in downtown Breck. Situated in the Historic district at the foot of downtown.
For groceries, we recommend City Market, Breckenridge Market, and the Local Market.
In the summer months, check out the Gondola (which will give you access to the Breckenridge Fun Park, complete with zip lines, canopy tours and the Gold Runner Coaster!). Younger kids will enjoy the Children's Museum less than a 15-minute walk away. Adult guests can enjoy a drink at the The Blue Stag Saloon or the Breckenridge Brewery and Pub. Make a reservation at The Dredge, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street. (During summer months, you can feed the ducks!) There are tons of shopping stops and restaurants available in the immediate area to explore.
The very best in-town location, quality finishes, and convenience. Walk to all of Breckenridge's famous in-town activities, entertainment and nightlife. This is a prime spot with access to anything you need!
Getting Around:
Walking distance to anything you may need. If you don't want to walk, you'll also be located on the Breckenridge free shuttle route. Uber is also available!
