Positive: Location was good as was cleanliness and furnishings.

Negative: * Much more difficult than necessary in getting parking access. Had to pay two days on our own before we finally got the parking we had requested prior to our arrival. * Would've been nice to have more than just one trash bag for our one week stay.

Summary: Nice place at decent price, but customer service could use improvement.
