Summary: This property is perfect for families, friends, and large groups with 4 bdrm 3 bath in main house and 2 bdrm 1 bath in lower back house. Plenty of towels and kitchen stocked with dishes. Family games provided that we used connect 4 and tic tac toe. We brought out Monopoly, but didnt get time to play. Few minutes drive to the beach and SeaWorld. 20 min to San Diego Zoo, 40min to Legoland. Unobstructed view of SeaWorld fireworks at night. If airplane noise bother you, it could be a problem as the airport is near and planes fly over all day and into the night. Would recommend and would definitely stay again.
