The large open living room/dining room at the front with views over Reddam college, the stadium and in the distance Robben Island and the harbour area. There is a large swimming pool to enjoy the entire day. A Braai area( BBQ area) that is on one side of the house,with a large outside seating area and table.
The villa is on 2 levels. There is the large living and dining area that has spectaclure views from the large sliding glass doors on eitherside of the main entrance. There is 1 bedroom at the back on the ground floor of the house, with a ensuite bathroom. There is a separate toilet next to the staircase for visiting guests accessed from either the hallway or back entrance door. There are 4 other bedrooms on the first floor of the house, each with an ensuite bathroom. There is the possibility to make 2 rooms into 2 twin beds for single use if needed.
There is secure garage parking for 2 cars in the front main driveway or some extra parking on the street at the back of the house on Joubert Road.
