4. No pets – To maintain a clean environment, pets are not allowed. Violations may result in a $500 cleaning fee and possible cancellation.
5. No smoking or drugs indoors – Please smoke outside only. Indoor smoking may incur a $500 cleaning fee.
6. Take care of the home – Kindly avoid moving furniture or removing items. Damage may result in repair or replacement fees starting at $250.
7. Security cameras – Exterior cameras are in place for safety. Tampering may lead to cancellation.
8. Checkout on time – Late checkout without approval is $150 per hour.
9. Leave it tidy – We appreciate a clean home. Excessively messy stays may incur an additional $250–$500 cleaning fee.
