Ideal for families & groups (we love bachelor/bachelorette parties) wanting to explore all the city has to offer while also needing a lot of space. A modern rustic home with 3 bedrooms + office or 4th bedroom, two baths, a game room, and a spacious patio complete with a hammock & fire pit. Make yourself at home in our home. We'll even stock the fridge with drinks to get your weekend started!

A spacious home with 3 bedrooms plus an office that doubles as an additional bedroom.

Bedroom 1 (Cactus Room): king bed, ensuite bathroom, closet, Fire TV, french doors to backyard/patio
Bedroom 2 (Longhorn Room): queen bed, pullout twin sized-bed, closet, dresser, lounge chair
Bedroom 3 (Bluebonnet Room): full bed (w twin trundle underneath), Twin bed (w twin trundle), huge bean bag chair and closet
Bedroom 4 (Office): queen bed, futon (full bed), Fire TV, desk, closet
Bathroom 1: Ensuite from the main bedroom, walk-in shower, fresh linens, toiletries. This bathroom will take you right back to the 80s!
Bathroom 2: Double sink, shower tub/jacuzzi combo, fresh linens, toiletries. Who doesn't love a black toilet by the way?
Living Room: Fully furnished living room with 55-inch Fire TV w/digital antenna & access to streaming apps (no cable cause it's 2022), fireplace for those crazy Texas winter days that come every few years, board games, and karaoke mic in case you are in the mood for some real fun.
Kitchen: Fully stocked, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, plates & silverware for 12 (can be more if you are hosting an event), assorted glassware, wine fridge, coffee maker, small air fryer, insta-pot, toaster, blender, spices, condiments & more. This kitchen is ideal for hosting. It's an amateur chef's kitchen for sure.
Game Room (Garage): Portable AC unit making summers tolerable, ping pong table, air hockey table, foosball table, dartboard, and 50-inch Fire TV.
Backyard/Patio: Fully furnished, folding chairs, hammock, fire pit, corn hole, propane grill, and plenty of shade. Some noise from traffic on a nearby busy road.
Front yard: Large front yard with parking for 4 maybe even 5 cars in the driveway, with additional parking on the street.
Guest access
The whole house and yards are available to guests. Keyless entry locks. If there is a lock on it that you don't know the code for then that is off limits. We do live here at times as well so we need a little space to store our stuff!

We will do whatever we can to make your stay a great one! We are pretty laid back. Our house rules are light - pretty much just don't destroy the place, piss off our neighbors, or have the cops called. Light chores at checkout including stripping beds, locking doors, and putting all trash in the trash can.
We have lived in Austin for over 15 years and we know the city as well. We are happy to share our favorite spots with you!
