The Space:
Our cozy three bed, two bath home has everything you and your family or friends need for a cozy stay in San Diego! Equipped with a pack and play setup for young kids, blackout shades, and air mattress as needed, totaling two guest bedrooms with queen beds, a desk/work space, and a primary bedroom with an attached bathroom, peloton/workout space, tv, and large slider door to the back patio - this home is bursting with cozy, beachy vibes.
Long term renters occupy the detached back house which is fully separate and private on the other side of the fence/wall from the main house.
Guest Access:
Airbnb guests have access to the full house and back patio. Long term tenants occupy the back detached unit that is fully separate and secluded from the main house and accessible through the gate to the right of the garage. Back house tenants also use the one car garage that is attached to the main house and the upper lawn area that is sectioned off from the patio.
Driveway is shared between back renter and guests with 1 spot designated for each. Free street parking is also available and spaces are always accessible right outside of the home.
