Summary: this apt is very well equipped! kitchen fully stocked, bed so comfy, plenty of safe parking. quiet neighborhood conveniently located at most 15 min from all attractions. must drive tho, not walkable. ok to walk to fremont ave area but everywhere else need a car. also, no a/c, just portable fan.
