The villa includes three bedrooms, each with an en-suite renovated bathroom. A dining area seats six with additional seating at the kitchen bar counter. The private dock offers uninhibited views of a tranquil lagoon and is the perfect spot for lounging, spotting local wildlife, or having a glass of wine as you watch breathtaking sunsets. A private screened-in porch offers another spot to relax and enjoy the view, perfect for any kind of weather.
The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, Keurig and regular coffee makers, toaster, blender, hand mixer, panini maker, and an air-fryer/electric grill.
Other amenities include flat screen TVs in the master bedroom and living room, basic cable, complimentary wi-fi, and washer and dryer. Linens and towels are provided, as well as a “starter kit” of paper products and soap. The villa also has a collection of favorite board games!
