The Sunny Cottage at Ocean View Beach is a perfect destination with the gorgeous beach right across the street.

This is a stand alone, private cottage with approximately 400 SF that includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom and spacious bedroom.

It has a nice beach vibe which will help you relax and prepare to enjoy the peace and serenity this beautiful beach area will provide.

Beach access is across the street, 1/2 block away at Grove and E Ocean View, view our pics of the beautiful access.

This sunny cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy Ocean View. It is a stand alone unit that sits behind a duplex directly on Ocean View Ave & across the street from Ocean View Beach.

It is 400 SF so think of it as a coastal tiny house with 7 foot ceilings in the living space, but 8 feet in the bedroom.

This cottage was built in 1940 right across the street from Ocean View Beach.

It has a renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, living room, large bedroom & one bathroom. The kitchen is fully loaded so you can enjoy home cooking! It is nicely decorated in a coastal beach theme for your stay and you will enjoy a nice bed, bedding, linens and everything you need for your stay.

The entire Cottage is yours to enjoy and includes a private entrance and off street parking. We have a picnic table in the yard and a charcoal grill you can use for a BBQ.

There is parking in front of the cottage. The cottage is located behind the duplex and you can see a photo of the property layout which includes a circle around the sunny cottage.

Summary: James was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and during our stay. This was our first time booking through VRBO and would definitely do so again based on his responsiveness. We enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the water. We also enjoyed the brewery nearby that is within walking distance.
