Noise ordinance: The city of Fort Lauderdale has a strict noise policy ordinance. The city Code Compliance enforced quiet hours between 9 pm to 8am and may fine or terminate the rental based on the violation.
Please be advised the neighbors pay close attention to the rules and they will report misconduct so please be quiet and courteous at all times. There are non-recording Noise sensors devices inside and outside of the home that monitor decibel levels (they do not record video or audios).
Be advised, there are exterior cameras around the perimeter of the home to monitor this policy. They are also used for security measures while the home is vacant.
Also, we are happy to provide toiletries for your arrival, however, please note that we do not restock items during your stay.
The home is equipped with a Ring Doorbell Camera for easy access and security purpose.
Service dogs and ESA are welcome.
